Pre-deceased by: her beloved husband Sigmund John Zachowski; Parents: Joseph Basil Casey & Mary Helen Rowland Casey; Siblings: Joseph Casey Jr (Anita), Mary Casey Gerristead (William), Thomas Casey, James Casey (Rosalind).

Survived by her loving children: Sigmund Francis ‘Casey’ Zachowski Jr, Edward John Zachowski (Myriam), Michael Stephen Zachowski (Holly).  Grandchildren: Olive Danger Zachowski; Joanna Erin Zachowski Dattalo (Adam), Monica Elizabeth Zachowski Mata (Steve), Zachary Nathan Zachowski; Great Grandchild: Mason Manuel Mata.

Theresa was an avid follower of US politics & the weather.  She was a graduate of St Vincent’s Hospital School of Nursing, Class of 1950, NYC & earned a BS degree from Jersey City State College, Jersey City, NJ – Class of 1978.  She worked as a Head Nurse at Beth Israel Medical Center, NYC until she retired.  Mom was a delegate in the establishment of her union National Health Care Worker’s Union Local 1199 in NYC.  

She had a keen interest in US Politics & the weather.  She remained a member of the St Vincent’s Hospital School of Nursing Alumni Association.

Terry was a proud Irish lass who always enjoyed her cup of tea.
