Peter Galiano

On January 25, 2016, Pete Galiano, age 63, of Oaklyn, died peaceful at home surrounded by his family and closest friends after his courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his son and best friend Anthony Zawojski (Jackie Coyle) his loving companion Laura Zawojski and friend, who Pete called his brother, Mike Parmalee. He is also survived by his father Kenneth Zeoli (Brenda), his brother Anthony Galiano (Yvonne) and sisters Elizabeth Ingle, and Janette Fisher (Richard). Pete was predeceased by his mother, 2 sisters and brother. Pete established Pete's Roofing & Son in 1986 and made it a successful business to leave to his son to continue his legacy. Pete enjoyed hanging out with his son, racing their racecar at Atco Raceway, going to the casinos and being on his son's boat in the summertime. Relatives and friends are invited to meet Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon at the CRERAN FUNERAL HOME, 400 WHITE HORSE PIKE, OAKLYN, NJ. Pete's Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 Noon. Interment will be private at the request of his family. All through Pete's illness instead of worrying about himself he worried about the children battling this horrible illness. In lieu of flowers his family has requested memorial donations in Pete's name be made to St. Jude Children Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN38105.
