Michele E. Timmins (nee Smith) was a bright light in the lives of all who knew her. She passed away after an enduring illness at Jefferson Hospital in Washington Twp. on May 1, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and joy that will forever be cherished.
Born in Philadelphia, Michele was a career homemaker who poured her heart and soul into creating a warm and welcoming home for her family. Her radiant personality in everything she did. Michele was a straight shooter who embraced life with gusto and always had that flashy but perfect look for every occasion.
Michele thrived in the midst of action and excitement but also found solace in the simple pleasures of life. She treasured holidays spent with her loved ones, relished in oh those Wildwood days, and found peace in quiet camping retreats. Michele was an avid bowler, danced as if nobody was watching, infusing every moment with her infectious energy, and had a lifelong love for Betty Boop, a testament to her vibrant spirit.
In the hearts of those she leaves behind, Michele's memory will forever be cherished. She is survived by her partner Pablo Casiano, her daughters Angel (Christopher) Timmins, Diane (Albert) Keeny, and Danielle Timmins. She is the proud “Mimom” of 11 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. Michele is remembered fondly by her brother Nicholas Smith and was predeceased by her brother George Smith.
Relatives, friends, and neighbors are invited to gather with the Timmins family. We’ll come together to take comfort in each other, celebrate and remember Michele on Tuesday morning between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm at Creran Celebration Etherington & Creran Funeral Homes 400 White Horse Pike, Oaklyn where a funeral ceremony will begin at 1:00 pm. A graveside tribute will immediately follow at Calvary Cemetery, Cherry Hill.
Michele's zest for life, unwavering love for her family, and magnetic personality will continue to inspire all those who were blessed to know her. She was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed
