Mark Scott "Happy" Foster Age 59, passed away at his long time home in Gloucester City on Monday April 27, 2020. Mark was born February 4th in Camden NJ and raised by his mother Lillian (pre-deceased).
Mark was married to Elise Foster (VanGemert) for 35 years, who was his partner for life.
Mark is survived by his wife, and is the loving father to Kimberly Foster, Cindy Tobin, Kristine Foster, Sara Batson and Mark Foster Jr. 13 grand children, brothers Earl and Raymond and sister Tammi Menento and many nieces and nephews.
Besides spending time at the marina, Mark had a passion for playing the bass guitar and watching the Eagles play. Mark had a witty sense of humor and enjoyed drinking coffee and playing Call of Duty.
