Joanne Boyer

On December 4, 2018, (nee Hopkins) of Gloucester City, NJ, age 67. She was the beloved wife of the late David N. Boyer, loving mother of Daniel Monk, Jr. (Jen), Timothy Monk (Eileen), James Monk (Renee), Denise Monk (Mark), Paula Abate and dear sister of Michael Hopkins (Vickie) and the late Joseph Hopkins (Phyllis). She is also survived by 16 dear grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and her large extended family. Joanne enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoyed country music, especially Willie Nelson. Relatives and friends are invited to meet Monday from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Trinity United Methodist Church, 741 Division St., Gloucester City, NJ. Joanne's funeral service, along with her husband David's, will be held at 1:00 PM at the church. Interment will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery, Gloucester City, NJ.
