Obituary
Doris E. Reynolds (nee Schemelia) passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, November 25, 2025.
Doris was born in Gloucester City and had spent most of her life there. She was good-hearted and giving, a loving mother and a friend to many. Doris also loved bingo and board games. Her happy place was Resorts Casino.
Doris was predeceased by her husband, Robert J. Reynolds. She is survived by her children, Karen Keywan, Pat (Richard) DeFazio, Kathy Fulgham, Ruthy Scully (pre-deceased), Bobby Reynolds and Barb (Jim) Hannigan.
Doris is also survived by her brother Jim “Mim” Schemelia and her godson Roy (Karen) McCormick.
She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great, great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brothers Frank, John & George Schemelia.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 3rd, between 10:00 am and 11:00 am at Creran Celebration Etherington & Creran Funeral Homes, 700 Powell St, Gloucester City. The burial will be private.
