Charles R. Berger

On November 4, 2017, of Haddon Twp., NJ, age 90. He is the beloved husband of Claire M. (nee Lewis), loving father of Richard Berger (Eileen), Dianne Brown (James) and Jeffrey Berger (Kim). He is also survived by his dear grandchildren Richard, Kristine, Anthony, Melody, Emily, Claire, Valerie and great grandchildren Jake, Regan, Brennan, Jackson, Lilly, Riley, Isaac and Johanna. Mr. Berger was a Veteran of World War II serving in the US Coast Guard. He was a member of VFW Post #1443 in Oaklyn and a member of Plumbers and Pipefitters Local #322 in Winslow Twp. He loved to travel, was an avid bowler, played Roller Hockey and loved his Philadelphia Sports teams. His funeral service will be private at the request of his family. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the CRERAN FUNERAL HOME, OAKLYN, NJ. In lieu of flowers the family has suggested memorial donations be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, P.O. Box 5014, Hagerstown, MD 21741-5014
