Elizabeth M DiAntonio

(Nee Kopakowski) passed away on March 30, 2015, at the age of 95. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph DiAntonio and loving mother of Nancy DiAntonio, Susan DiAntonio (Dave Polniak) and Joseph DiAntonio (Dana). She is also survived by her dear grandson Joey. Betty was born in Philadelphia on November 1, 1919 to Xavier and Mary Kopakowski and was one of eleven children. She was predeceased by all of her siblings who she loved dearly. She married her husband Joseph on June 3, 1944 and moved to Oaklyn where she lived for the next 70 years. Betty was a lifetime parishioner of St. Aloysius Church and was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society. Relatives and friends are invited to meet Wednesday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at St. Joseph the Worker Parish, St. Aloysius Church, 37 W. Haddon Ave in Oaklyn. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 8:00 PM. We will meet again at St. Aloysius Church on Thursday, 10:30 AM, for Prayers of Final Commendation. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Chews Landing. In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial donations be made to St. Joseph the Worker Parish, 901 Hopkins Rd. Haddon Twp., NJ 08033.
